I offer aggressive representation, thorough preparation, and direct communication for people facing divorce, child custody disputes, and family-violence protective-order proceedings.
Most of my clients come to me after feeling let down by a previous attorney. Their calls went unanswered. They did not know what was happening in their case. I am selective about the cases I accept and maintain a limited caseload so I can devote substantial attention to each client. I examine the evidence, financial records, and parenting issues closely. Before mediation, a deposition, or a hearing, we work through what to expect and how to prepare. You receive candid advice about both the strengths and weaknesses of your case.
Aggressive representation requires preparation and judgment. I pursue practical resolutions when they serve your interests and prepare to fight for you in court when an agreement cannot be reached.
I have practiced law in Texas since 2006. My background as a paramedic, firefighter, police officer, detective, prosecutor, and criminal-defense attorney informs how I investigate facts, evaluate evidence, and handle contested proceedings.
Based in Lago Vista, I represent clients throughout Central Texas, with a focus on Burnet, Llano, Lampasas, Blanco, San Saba, Travis, and Williamson counties. Consultations are by appointment.
