Angela Michelle Dowdle

Do not hire Angela. Do not waste your time or money on her disorganized, rude, unprofessional, lying, crooked ways of practice. She will take your money and do nothing. Not file a single motion to enforce current orders. Will try and convince you sign orders that are no way, form or fashion in the be...st interest of your children. She ran for judge during my very complex and complicated case and loss with a landslide. Her campaign was largely funded by none other than Eddie shell and the not guiltys aka my opposing attorney on the matter. Her office is completely disorganized despite her attempts of responding to these reviews that she has changed her staff. She may have, but each more incompetent than the last. I couldn’t get my phone calls returned, or emails answered during the most crucial time of need periods. This has been by far the hardest time of my life and she was supposed to fight for me. She purposely failed to do so. How can she help fight for me against the people funding her to get in the judges seat?

Angela helped me in the past with a very difficult custody battle and I walked away with my children at home. She is kind, compassionate and also gets down in the mudd for you. About a month ago, I needed her emergency help again. She has been so helpful thus far. It's a really emotional process, esp...ecially when your families lives are at stake. Angela will call out any nonsense allegations by the other party and stand up for the truth. She knows the law and how to navigate the system. I don't know what I would do without her and her team during this time. I call her day and night, and they always get back with me. They have gone above and beyond. I am so grateful.

First, I am not a client but I have paid for the legal representation that Ms Dowdle has provided my daughter in her child custody hearings. My daughters case has been ongoing for around 5 years. The first 4 years were in Travis County and the last year has been been in Burnet County. In Travis count...y, I hired attorneys who are absolutely considered among the best in the county. I can attest to the fact that what they did was exceptional but at a really extreme cost. After the case was transferred to Burnet county after final orders were issued, we once again needed legal assistance. After several interviews, my daughter decided that Ms Dowdle should represent her and we paid a retainer. Since that time, her crazy ex has been very litigious and Ms Dowdle has handled the new problems every bit as competently as her expensive Travis county attorneys. We have no regrets and the results, compared to the cost of service is exceptional.

Met her in Dec 2015 and gave her 675 dollars. She was to make a proposal to the opposing lawyer. I found that she didn't until 6 weeks later!!! Put me at severe disadvantage. I sent her email after email and showed up for an answerupdate. Not nothing. Office is extremely disorganized. She LIED to ...me about judge being a nice and understanding judge. She lied saying I didn't hire until February 12th. That's false. I lost 1675 to her and for what? I have asked her over and over for itemized billings and have gotten nada. She is late for court one time. She either took it hook line and sinker from a notorious lying lawyer or she colluded with him to ruin me. She disrepected my fatbers rights . She ruined my kids' lives by giving them false hope. She does not care of my ADA rigjts were violated. In other words DO NOT hire this Angela ever. It is NOT worth it. colluded

Will not return calls or emails. Has changed out office help several times. Has not followed through on what she said she would. Spent one year and approximately 5500 dollars and no results at all on motions to enforce or requests to set court date. Office staff can be rude and has no knowledge of ca...se. Have been double billed and still trying to get that resolved.
