I have been a client of Mr. Whalen's for the past 3 years. I have used this firm for various legal issues, with the last being a Probate matter. Mr. Whalen and his staff are extremely helpful, knowledgeable, considerate and caring. The Probate matter that I used his firm for was a very long, arduo...us process. Throughout this process I was treated with the utmost professonalism. After losing my mother and having the legal issues arise, I was very comforted by Mr. Whalen and his staff and they made an otherwise stressful and sad experience more bearable.

I showed up to court with a lot of anxiety on the fate of my case. Mr. Whalen was very comforting and put my concerns at ease. He explained things to me in terms that I could understand. He was personable and I felt confident with him handling my case. I did not fell like I was just another case t...o him that could get lost in the shuffle. I would most certainly recommend him to anyone look for representation. Mr. Whalen went above and beyond for me. After my case was closed he offered to have one of his office workers teach me how to get my taxes done for free online. An all around respectable gentleman is Kelley Francis Whalen.

Worst experience ever working with these losers. Paid them at least 10 grand and they didn’t even finish my case. Could even remember what our names were. Wouldnt do what we asked. Sent me a letter saying they wanted 5 grand in 24 hours or they would drop my contract. Super unprofessional. Do not …..... do not use them…. I repeat… do not use them. Didn’t even want to give them a star but I had to in order to submit this.
