I worked with this office regarding a lawsuit that was filed against me and they were great! They looked at every avenue possible that might be helpful to me. Not helpful to my CASE, but helpful to ME, regardless of the case. This makes all of the difference. There's a more urgent desire to help when... you can see your clients as people. Moreover, Terri went well above and beyond to help me, and both she and Mr. Whalen were Candid about the process and what I could expect. In 2019 I found myself with a medical issues that affected my finances in a negative aspect. As a result in 2020 a suit was brought against me from a company I owed money. Working with the Law Office of Kelley Whalen they were able to help me settle the suit brought against me. They were courteous... and understanding of my situation and took their time to listen and understand my specific situation. I respect everyone there in the highest regards with a special recognition to Terri Ryan.

I don't normally write reviews, but I truly appreciate Kelley and his OM Terri! They went above and beyond to help me with my pro se case when the judge said I was missing some attachments. I had called multiple lawyers in Gtown trying to find help with what I was missing, and their offices refused t...o take a look or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount. By the time I spoke with Terri, I was in tears. She managed to arrange a same day phone call with Mr. Whalen who then took me page by page of what I was missing and gave me some great advice. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny. Two days later I was able to get the judge to sign my paperwork. Thank you again so much!!!!!

I was referred to this office by my employer's legal aid benefit. They were prompt, courteous and effective in helping me get resolution. I had overpaid a healthcare provider and was having a difficult time being refunded. Almost a year after trying to obtain a refund by myself, my friends and fam...ily urged me to reach out for legal assistance. I started by calling Law Point. It's a free legal resource offered by my employer. They first put me in touch with a different attorney but I was never contacted back despite leaving multiple messages. I contacted Law Point again. She pounced on every message received from the manager and kept me informed of every new development. Two weeks ago Terri told me a refund was issued and we rejoiced together on the phone! I received a check but more importantly respect, and resolution. I couldn't be happier, or more grateful!
