I was referred to this office by my employer's legal aid benefit. They were prompt, courteous and effective in helping me get resolution. I had overpaid a healthcare provider and was having a difficult time being refunded. Almost a year after trying to obtain a refund by myself, my friends and fam...ily urged me to reach out for legal assistance. I started by calling Law Point. After a candid conversation about the situation and possible outcomes, the letter was sent on my behalf. Once the letter was received, Terri from Mr. Whalen's office went to bat for me. She pounced on every message received from the manager and kept me informed of every new development. Two weeks ago Terri told me a refund was issued and we rejoiced together on the phone! I received a check but more importantly respect, and resolution. I couldn't be happier, or more grateful!
