I worked with this office regarding a lawsuit that was filed against me and they were great! They looked at every avenue possible that might be helpful to me. Not helpful to my CASE, but helpful to ME, regardless of the case. This makes all of the difference. There's a more urgent desire to help when... you can see your clients as people. Moreover, Terri went well above and beyond to help me, and both she and Mr. Whalen were Candid about the process and what I could expect. I don't normally write reviews, but I truly appreciate Kelley and his OM Terri! They went above and beyond to help me with my pro se case when the judge said I was missing some attachments. I had called multiple lawyers in Gtown trying to find help with what I was missing, and their offices refused t...o take a look or wanted to charge a ridiculous amount. By the time I spoke with Terri, I was in tears. She managed to arrange a same day phone call with Mr. Whalen who then took me page by page of what I was missing and gave me some great advice. The price was very reasonable and worth every penny. Two days later I was able to get the judge to sign my paperwork. Thank you again so much!!!!!

I was referred to this office by my employer's legal aid benefit. They were prompt, courteous and effective in helping me get resolution. I had overpaid a healthcare provider and was having a difficult time being refunded.
