Kevin P. Shay

Kevin P. Shay is Board Certified in Estate Planning & Probate Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization and is also a CPA.  He works with individuals and small business owners with the planning for their estates, including providing for the management of his client’s financial affairs in the event they become incapacitated. Mr. Shay helps his clients achieve their goals for the distribution of their estates, and businesses, to whom they want, when they want, in the way they want and save all the tax dollars, court costs, and professional fees possible. Mr. Shay also provides business and corporate planning for closely held and family owned businesses, including formations of limited liability companies, partnerships, corporations, and family limited partnerships.
