Daniel Michael Schafer

I highly recommend Daniel Michael Schafer if you are looking for someone to represent you, if you are being hounded by credit card collectors and in need of someone to litigate, negotiate and defend you in court. I was being sued and hounded by two different collection attorneys and hired Mr. Schafer.... It was the best decision I ever made... period. I was always kept informed and updated as to what was going on in my two cases. He is very knowledgeable and very thorough in his examination of my cases and needless to say both cases ended up in my favor. Mr. Schafer went out of his way to take care of me in ways that were well outside of what he needed to do. I read a bad review that someone left him that had to do with a divorce.... I thought "what the hell?", he doesn't even provide services for divorce or family law! This person must have Mr. Schafer confused with someone else. He knows exactly what he's doing and I consider him to be a Lawyer who is at the top of his game. Without a doubt Mr. Schafer is someone you need in your corner!

I had (unfortunately) co-signed for a medical credit card for a former friend. It turned out it was actually not used for any medical services, but the bill was over $5,000. I initially felt responsible, as I did co-sign. At the urging of a family member, I sued my former friend for fraud and won tha...t case. Later, a company that had purchased the debt came after me for the money that was owed. This affected my credit in quite a negative way. I was referred to Mr. Schafer through a true friend who had previously used his services. He won my case and I am no longer liable for any of the debt; and, any other company that may purchase the debt in the future can not seek payment from me...ever. I was so relieved.
