Charles T. Peters has used his knowledge and skills to help his community as an attorney for nealry a decade. In addition to trial work, Mr. Peters has written Appeals, Petitions for Discretionary Review, and Writs of Habeas Corpus.
Mr. Peters is licensed to practice in Federal District Court and has experience with federal criminal cases as well as civil excessive force cases.
Mr. Peters graduated from St. Mary’s University School of Law. Before attending graduate school, Mr. Peters obtained a degree in Political Science from Texas A&M University at College Station.
