Ashley Morgan

Ashley did an amazing job and is definitely the lawyer to call. In February I got my first and only dwi and was scared out of my mind about what would happen. Ashley called me calm and collected and reassured me we could win my case. From the first phone call to the end I never doubted her once. She knows what she’s doing. Even during this pandemic she stayed in contact with me during the whole process anytime something came up with my case. She fought for me and didn’t quit. Thanks to her I ended up getting my case dismissed. God forbid, if anything ever happens I will definitely be contacting her again. I will be recommending her to friends and family if they ever get in trouble. And if you are/get in trouble I recommend you call Ashley immediately and she will take care of you.

Amazing

Ashley Morgan is a miracle worker. She went above and beyond and proved my innocence with such grace. Ashley Morgan was very firm and also very confident. She was able to get my DWI dismissed after a motion to suppress was granted by the Judge. The officer completely contradicted his police report thanks to her brilliant questions. She also went out of her way to review the video footage multiple times to help provide the best plan of action.

Veterans for Morgan

MTR case she saved our lives

We hired Ashley to be our lawyer for an MTR case for my husband and the prosecutor was adamant that he wanted to send him to jail. Ashley really worked on my husband's behalf and is truly an expert at what she does. She got my husband's probation reinstated with no added time no jail time. She is an amazing lawyer my husband is deaf and she made every effort to make sure he understood what was going on I cannot recommend her enough!

Reduced FELONY DWI and dismissed MTR

Great great lawyer to work with. I am deaf but we communicated very well thanks to mobile technology especially the "speech to text". She got my FELONY DWI reduced to misdemeanor Obstruction of Highway and got my MTR (Motion to Revoke) dismissed. Took the courts a long time but she got it DONE! Thank you Ashley!

DUI Dismissed!

Ashley was very understanding. She reviewed my case a explained step by step what we were going to do. How long it could take, and what could happen. She then told me what to expect in court and the hearings, and motions that we were going to make. She was a previous prosecutor, so she really ha's experienced both sides of the coin!

Friendly but very confident

I went for an consultation and hired her. Needed help with a driving while intoxicated charge. She was secure that she could help with the case and the driver's license problems with the state. Understanding; Easy to talk to; Will listen to your story

I hired Ashley for a DWI that happened in March, 2014. I just gotten a brand new job and was immediately fired after I got arrested. I moved to North Texas to start a new job. Ashley was able to keep me out of court so I didn't lose my job in North Texas. She kept me in the loop about the status of my case. My case was dismissed!

Case Dismissed!

I was never one to get into trouble, so when I was faced with a DWI accusation, I didn't know what to ask or say, how to act or how to look. This was a scary experience because I'd never been in a situation like that before. Ashley took the wheel and put me at ease. She was very professional and confident. I'd definitely recommend her. 2 DWI's...one dismissed, one aquitted

I first met Ashley Morgan in 2011. She took over my case for another attorney I hired and paid but was never present or returned phone calls. I knew Ashley was different then the other attorneys immediately. She answered all my questions. Explained the entire procedure. My case took a long time but in Jan 2012 it was dismissed. Ashley again explained the steps to get the arrest expunged from my record. When I got arrested again I immediately called Ashley. This time my case was not dismissed. Ashley argued the case to a jury, and I was aquitted. Ashley knows what she's doing. If I was ever charged with another crime I know the first person I would call. Ashley Morgan!

Amazing Results
