Ashely suggested that I deserved money the OAG was holding and that I should definitely get an attorney. Went to court and not only did I not get any of the money, I owed more than I was told when I had gone to court on my own behalf 3 months earlier. Five years later, I am still dealing with thi...s nightmare because even though I have contacted the office to tell them I want them off the case, the OAG’s office STILL has them listed as my attorney and will discuss nothing with me regarding child support. I have been through the Bexar County Courts regarding child support with attorneys and alone. Trust me! You do not need an attorney the majority of the time. Had I not hired this woman, who did not even go before a judge for me, I would have been better off! Paying child support and her? No! Save your money and your sanity if you’re in a situation where you need a lawyer who will be comfortable before a judge.

I just finished consulting with Ashley Butler regarding a divorce case and was going to retain her (after quite an exhaustive search...), but we discovered a conflict of interest with the ex consulting with her first! Regretfully, my search had to end there....SO. disappointed, but if you are looking... for a top notch attorney who listens and advises well, look no further! She was just what I was looking for, and I performed some extensive due diligence. She came highly recommended to me. Wish I could hire her...:(

I have nothing but great things to say about Ashley. Since the beginning of my difficult divorce and child custody case Ashley was upfront regarding cost and time frame my case would take. Ashley and her staff have been amazing though out the whole process. They are quick to respond emails, calls and... texts. I had some difficult situations where I needed to get a hold of Ashley in the evening and she was available for counsel. Ashley has been very professional and really fights for you in court.
