Stacy E. Goodbread

I would highly recommend Stacy Goodbread. Stacy did an outstanding job of handling the divorce/custody matter for my son. It was a contentious and long drawn out process which she navigated extremely well. She strongly advocated for my son and his children to obtain a positive result. It was a pleas...ure to watch her skills in the courtroom.

I had a horrible experience with Stacey. She wasn't interested in calling me when i expressed i felt like verbal communication would help clarify the 2 months of emails and legal documents. Very arrogant, intolerant of questions, and rude. Claimed I accused her of malpractice because I asked questi...ons -for clarification, which i made clear i was confused and worried about. She's very abrupt and impatient during the stressful time of seeking divorce support, called me "combative" because I was stressed out about the confusion, implied i was stupid for asking a question she didn't like as she said, "Amber, nobody in my 30 years of practice has asked that." Don't know why she couldn't have just answered it instead of implied how stupid i was. Very unprofessional. Her harsh language and clear lack of time or interest with me lead me to accept her offer to drop me after which, she refused to represent me in the motion of withdrawal. I can understand why she wouldn't want to admit she called me combative and insisted she was going to drop me. Probably looks bad to the judge and on record, arguably neglectful. But that's the truth of how she handled it. On the positive side, she did refund my remaining retainer, but I would still not recommend her.

Stacy is the absolute best. She is honest, ethical and smart, She does not just try to settle with other attorneys so she can get on to the next case. She works in your best interest and the best interest of the children. She tells you truth about your case whether it is good or bad. She is down ...to earth when talking with you and does not try to bleed you dry. It is hard to find an attorney who is looking out for you and your children's best interest. I have worked with a lot of attorneys and Stacy Goodbread is the best.

Stacy Goodbread and her staff are outstanding in both their skills and patience and dealt with and overcame a very difficult and deceptive person for me , I do not believe to many lawyers could have handled this case as well as she did , if you want an honest but tough lawyer this is the only one yo...u want ,
