July 2016 I hired Stacy for what I assumed would be standard establishment of paternity. Ultimately, Stacy was able to mediate a settlement with the other side and got me a very favorable outcome. I would never want anyone else to defend me in family court. My husband moved our children and I to Texas 5 years ago after accepting a position with his company. Immediately I noticed the difference in my husband's enthusiasm in trying to work things out and realized I had made a huge mistake. I called Stacy and explained I had screwed up and wanted to proceed with the divorce. Stacy is a compassinate person. She said she would do her best to go forward to help me. Long story short, even with a divorce no longer pending, and witbout having to refile, we were able to go before the judge and convince him to sign the petition to lift the dismissal and proceed with the divorce. Due to the amount of time that had passed, the moment he signed the paperwork the divorce became official since we were way past the waiting period. That was March of 2016, a year after I had dismissed it . Stacy never charged me another dime after the original agreed fee almost two years prior and helped me out of the nightmare I had been living.
