Contacting and communicating with Mr. Hopke was easy since he returned calls and texts. Going over the discovery and case strategy was challenging since he travels a lot. He was very knowledgeable and seemed to get along well with other attorneys, judges, and clerks. We took our case to trial and los...t, regardless Mr. Hopke really fought hard. And when it was futile, he planned out and set up strategies for future arguments during an appeal. He was always well groomed and he never sugar coated anything, to that I appreciated greatly!! He was honest and fair. Negative marks- some tardiness, but was always in communication with courts. Seemed preparation for trial was last minute, and it is understood he has a large work load since he is court appointed. At any rate Kurt Hopke is a great man and really put in effort, care, and really listened to all aspects of the case. I would recommend him.
