Trial by Ambush
I couldn't have asked for a better attorney than Kurt Hooke. From day one, he exhibited the utmost professionalism and demonstrated an in-depth understanding of my case. Despite the last-minute trial announcement, he remained composed and well-prepared, effectively navigating what felt like trial by ...

One of the best lawyers you could ask for
I was lucky and blessed to receive mr. Hopke as my court appointed attorney and I couldn't be any happier. Being i was not from the area and from another city not only did he show interest in my case for the area which is right outside of Houston in Katy but also showed interest and asking how I was...

Thank you isn't enough
After 5 years of dealing with a speedy trial violation, Kurt Hopke was the only attorney to finally listen to me and understand what needed to be done and had a separate hearing scheduled and both cases dismissed in less than a month. Thank you wouldn't be able to grasp the gratitude for his help.

Happy to have found him
Such a great attorney. He helped me with. DWI case I was having serious hard time in fighting on my own. I was being charged without having ever received tickets or a court date of any kind. Kurt went in and won this case for me. He was able to find so many discrepancies in my case that I, for obvio...
"I endorse this lawyer. Kurt is an excellent attorney with a wealthy of knowledge that he continually uses to his advantage. He fights for his clients and gets good results. He is the guy you want on your side"
"If there is one word I can use to describe Kurt, it would be "fighter". Kurt works extremely hard for his clients, appointed or retained. He doesn't give in to the prosecutor's BS and he's not afraid to go to trial. We tried a DWI case together in Fort Bend county about a year ago. Stakes were high - client's felony probation would get revoked and he would go to prison if we lost. Fortunately for the client, he had Kurt as a lawyer and we were able to secure the "Not Guilty!" and give the client his life back. I endorse this lawyer."
"Kurt is a great mentor and has a definitive grasp on all criminal law issues, definitely a go to guy in the Houston community."
"Kurt is a great lawyer. He knows the law and gets great outcomes. All of his clients have nothing but the greatest admiration and respect for the care, time, and courtesy he gives them. I agree with all his clients and their resounding endorsements for him."
