DWI probation violation
I was facing jail time after violating my probation. This was my second issue with law enforcement the I had no idea what questions to ask or what much of the lingo meant and the attorney I used for my DWI did not give me much help. The DWI took almost a year to resolve, my violation took 3 months, a...

Best attorney in Houston
I went to Kurt over a possession case in Harris county. He was always responsive and kept me informed. He got my case dismissed and didn't charge me an arm and a leg like most attorneys in the Houston area. I highly recommend him to anybody in need of an attorney.

Kurt helped me at my lowest point in life; he fought for me, my freedom, & the best outcome imaginable! Highly recommended!!
For all of you looking at Kurt's reviews right now using them to determine who you should choose to defend/represent you in court---- look no further! Choosing an attorney is never easy, especially when you are at a low point in all areas of your life- mentally, financially, physically; the process c...

He did it again!!
About a year ago Kurt took on a case for me and did a great job. A few months ago I was being acussed of something I didn't do. I am currently on probation, needless to say I didn't need anymore problems. As always Kurt did his thing and my case was dismissed. THANKS AGAIN KURT.

2 Felonies Reduced To Missdamenors
Mr hopke was very prompt and Straight To The point in my case And At The End Of My Court appearances I Got Exactly What I Wanted..This Guys A Great Lawyer!
"I endorse this lawyer. Kurt is an excellent attorney with a wealthy of knowledge that he continually uses to his advantage. He fights for his clients and gets good results. He is the guy you want on your side"
"If there is one word I can use to describe Kurt, it would be "fighter". Kurt works extremely hard for his clients, appointed or retained. He doesn't give in to the prosecutor's BS and he's not afraid to go to trial. We tried a DWI case together in Fort Bend county about a year ago. Stakes were high - client's felony probation would get revoked and he would go to prison if we lost. Fortunately for the client, he had Kurt as a lawyer and we were able to secure the "Not Guilty!" and give the client his life back. I endorse this lawyer."
"Kurt is a great mentor and has a definitive grasp on all criminal law issues, definitely a go to guy in the Houston community."
"Kurt is a great lawyer. He knows the law and gets great outcomes. All of his clients have nothing but the greatest admiration and respect for the care, time, and courtesy he gives them. I agree with all his clients and their resounding endorsements for him."
