Performed an Excellent Job

Tim handled my probate very well. He gave me much needed advise that without, I would have made many mistakes. I do highly recommend his firm.

Very helpful

I am recently widowed and felt totally lost as far as what I needed to do. There was no will, and I didn't know where to begin. I was referred to Tim Berlinger and when I called he saw me immediately. He made me feel very much at ease and like a load was lifted off of my shoulders. He took the time t...o explain things over and over until I understood. I highly recommend him.

Very Professional

Mr. Berlinger helped me with a complicated estate, that was dependent on another estate. I came to him very lost in all the legalities of the estate and he guided me through the system. He is very patient and knowledgeable. I know that in the future I will be returning to him to do all my estate plan...ning.

Very reputable

I have known Tim and his wife for 20 years and seen him work his way through law school while he and his wife worked full rime and raised a family. When Tim became an attorney we used him for a living will and estate planning. After he opened his own law firm he handled my dads estate. Tim did a fantastic job managing a will probate process in two states and handled establishing a new will with the utmost respect and professionalism.
