He answered all our concerns and made sure our wills included a special needs trust to cover the needs of our daughter upon our death. He took care of the waivers that we needed from our other adult children and filed them with the court. He prepared power of attorneys, medical power of attorneys, and living wills for both of us, making sure we understood what each document entailed. We felt that he had our best interests at heart and he made sure all our questions were answered and that we understood our rights and responsibilities.
