Daniel Ciment has more than 15 years of experience in bankruptcy, debt collection defense, and consumer protection, and is a recognized consumer advocate and attorney across Texas. After earning his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2003, he opened a high-volume debt collection law firm where he filed thousands of debt-collection lawsuits. That experience on the creditor side gave him insight into collection tactics and procedure; he later served as a partner at a Chicago consumer bankruptcy firm, representing debtors and further sharpening his ability to navigate complex bankruptcy cases and negotiate favorable outcomes.
