Very pleased with representation and fees charged
This man did a remarkable job squelching a collector that was trying to collect something I didn’t owe in the first place. They were violating a number of FCRA laws, and it cost me a few bucks but he convinced them to shut up and take those lies off my credit report. He accomplished the goal without having to file a case against them. The late Bud Hibbs, a credit counselor, called this collector based in Southlake TX “a dirt ball” and they certainly earned that title. Later on this attorney indeed defended me in another case of robo-signing on an invalid claim where said collector didn’t check anything and just scattered cases across this nation, clogging up court dockets with absolute junk. I didn’t owe that one either, and once they were informed I’m represented they immediately dropped the case without prejudice. Finding an attorney that practices in consumer law was quite the search, but once I found Jarzombek he has been fast, friendly, courteous, and efficient and sufficiently defended me against bogus claims by companies only intending to damage my credit score. For consumer law I’d recommend him to anyone.

Partial Lien Release against Homestead Property
We were scheduled to close on our house and discovered that a creditor had placed a lien against it. Jerry informed me that they had to release the lien WITHOUT giving them a penny of the proceeds. He quickly sent the opposing lawyers a request for a partial lien release and we were able to close on the house shortly thereafter. Jerry was awesome, knowledgeable, efficient, proficient, and expedited the process quickly. Thanks Jerry, you saved us thousands of dollars!

As advertised best of the best
Jerry handled several suits for me, telling me in advance what would happen. He was right. He got all my cases dismissed and I wish I could still get ahold of him...I haven't called in several years. He is the real deal. I had to hire another attorney because i could reach jerry...the other attorney couldn't do what Jerry did, so I fired the other guy, spent more money, and hired Jerry. Gets the job done!
Without warning, my elderly mother's bank account was frozen with 10s of thousands of dollars taken out. When she called the bank to find out what it was about, they gave her the phone number to call. When she called, it was a debt collection law firm who had apparently got a default judgement to garnish her account for a supposed charged off debt from... 15 years ago! She did not engage them and instead, we asked around for the best consumer litigation attorney. A friend who is a district attorney recommended Mr. Jarzombeck. We called Mr. Jarzombeck and 4 other attorneys to get different opinions and knew immediately that Mr. Jarzombeck was the right man for the job. He spent 1.5 hours on the phone with us during our initial consultation picking the case apart and told us that we would beat this. And we did! Thanks to Mr. Jarzombeck, the garnishment case was dismissed completely and he is also helping us clear up this default judgement so that these people don't come after my mother's accounts again! I highly recommend him!

I couldn't be happier we the outcome of our case. When we thought we were backed into a corner he showed us we do have rights and can fight to win. Absolutely the best, hands down. If you’re looking for the best around, look no further. I contacted Jerry regarding 3 separate cases and in a few months they were all dropped. Jerry and his staff did an amazing job and everything was done via email and phone, as I was not from the Fort Worth area. Jerry will def take care of you. Could not be happier with how everything was handled.

Amazing lawyer who seems to truly care about his clients rather than the next paycheck! Settled an 11k judgement order with a mutual settlement & release agreement having the suing Plaintiff completely drop the case against me due to their filing mistake. Like I said he's really outstanding in his field of law and knows the book inside and out. I would recommend to anyone looking for a trustworthy consumer protection / debt collection lawyer.

Debt Collection Law Suit
We received a law suit from 2 creditors. We hired Jerry for both lawsuits. Jerry had both of them dismissed, didn't have to pay. Jerry is very passionate about helping the debtor and cares about the little people. That's why I hired him and also he knows his stuff. Thank you some much Jerry. So grateful to be dealing with Jerry
While trying to get ducks in a row for house-hunting, my husband and I discovered some items on our credit reports that needed to be looked into and disputed. One very important issue was my husband (alive and breathing) being shown as deceased on one credit bureau's records. Jerry assured us we were in good hands and he would do his best to get this situation corrected. We have been working with Jerry and Annie on this and there is a light at the end of the tunnel. God bless Jerry Jarzombek and Annie.
Mr. Jarzombek, and his legal assistant, Annie, should be blessed with as close to Sainthood as living people can get. Due to tragic situations in my family we were unable to pay some of our debts. We were hounded and abused by debt collectors making vicious attacks, and have been sued twice. Mr. Jarzombek and Annie have truly been sent by God to help us. They truly are champions for the poor and oppressed. I cannot thank them enough. They are in my prayers constantly for their humanity and love of justice.

Easy, No stress deal!
I was being sued for an old credit card debt that was charged off by the original creditor. My case was set for trial today, called to check on status and the case was dismissed yesterday!!! I contacted him when I first got served, sent him copies and payment and didnt have to worry about it, he took care of everything. Thank you!!!

very compassionate
We were served with a lawsuit against us by a debt collection law firm called Regent & Associates. Like many grandparents nowdays we are raising a grandchild. She is a special needs child requiring a great deal of time and attention. I had been working full time but had been sick for quite a while before being diagnosed with Lupus myself and having to stop working. Since my husband is disabled (brain damage) our only income is Social Security Disability. We were so affraid! We had no money pay the debt or hire an attorney to help us. So much in our lives had gone wrong. I had called several attorneys trying to find one who would work with us without any success, then I saw Mr. Jarzombek's add and called his office. When I spoke to Ann I just knew she cared and wanted to help us. They took our case and were literally the answer to our prayers.

Great Representation!
Jerry did a great job for us. We were being sued over credit card debt. We were very confident that he was well suited for our needs after our first consultation. He handled our case from the very start to finish. We were not even needed in court. Fees were reasonable and we won our case. I contacted Jerry to help me with a garnishment. He seemed very motivated saying that would help then he disappeared. I tried contacting him several times and never returned a phone call. His secretary told me that he tried to contact me several times but didn't get through. I gave them another email address and still no luck. He knew my phone number but never called back. If you want a lawyer whom is too busy to take care of you, then he is you guy.
