Daniel Ciment has more than 15 years of experience in bankruptcy, debt collection defense, and consumer protection, and is a recognized consumer advocate and attorney across Texas. After earning his J.D. from South Texas College of Law in 2003, he opened a high-volume debt collection law firm where he filed thousands of debt-collection lawsuits. That experience on the creditor side gave him insight into collection tactics and procedure; he later served as a partner at a Chicago consumer bankruptcy firm, representing debtors and further sharpening his ability to navigate complex bankruptcy cases and negotiate favorable outcomes. This unique background—having practiced on both sides of debt disputes—equips him to anticipate opposing strategies, craft effective defenses, and pursue practical solutions for clients facing time-sensitive financial challenges. Money well spent
He’s amazing: including his team. He took payments. I had to cases with them and they went above and beyond. Now I don’t have to stress. I live in a different area from them. About 4 hours and didnt deny me and took both cases.
