My Firm is located on the southwest side of Houston in the Sugar Land area and I handle cases in Harris, Fort Bend, Galevston and all surrounding Counties in the Houston Metro area.

As a former prosecutor and now a defense attorney, I have worked on and have experience handling all kinds of criminal cases from possession of drugs to DWI to assault and murder and everything in between. My clients hire a professional with the experience to fight for their rights and liberty. I negotiate hard with the State and I am willing and capable of fighting hard at trial. I grew up in Rochester NY and graduated from St. John Fisher College. I graduated from South Texas College of Law in 1998 and I was admited to the Texas Bar in 1998. From 1998 -2000 I was an Assistant District Attornet in Henderson County, TX. Then from 2000-2006 I was an assistant District Attorney in Harris County, TX. I have run my own law office since 2006. My law office is in the westside of Houston - Sugar Land & Katy area.

Excellent lawyer.
I contacted Mr. Stornello to file a early termination of probation motion. He explained to me the process and what to expect when going to court. He was very professional and answered any questions that I had.

Mr Stornello got my case dismissed
I hired Me. Stornello as my legal representation for a matter I had gotten involved with. He was very point blank from the start on what reasonable expectations to have as to the possible outcomes of my case. After several months of work, my case was dismissed. Hope not to ever have to hire him again...

Great Lawyer

Great lawyer
There was an incident in which I️ received two tickets. Mr. Stornello helped me create a case to get both of these tickets dismissed without having to appear before a court. He did a great job and very reliable.
