Great

David was very helpful and prompt about getting me a court hearing. I requested a notion for early termination and he submitted it within a day or two. I had a court hearing a couple of weeks later. Still waiting on the verdict but I was very pleased with how everything was handled!

Satisfied Client

Mr. Hunter is knowledgeable, Caring, Passionate, and Hardworking. He made my case easy for me to understand and told me his honest opinion. He took phone calls on the weekends and was always open to answering questions. Mr. Hunter Is easy going and does not talk to you like you are a criminal but as if you were just a normal person on the street. He is nonjudgmental and open minded. Excellent Attorney!

My experience with David Hunter has gone beyond from what I would have expected to be a terrible situation to one of a truly satisfying outcome. From the onset, David Hunter showed me what a true and honest professional lawyer is and should be. David Hunter - One of the finest lawyers to obtain, goes above and beyond

I was charged with a felony possession and obtained David as my counsel for the case. I can't thank him enough for everything he's done with the case. From the first time meeting with him until the end of the case, David showed compassion and great knowledge of the legal system.David being a former judge, sets expectations from the beginning and is completely transparent with you about your case. The judiciary system is a lengthy process that takes time and a case may not simply be solved over night. David answered any questions I had during the whole process and took into account the cascading effects this case was having. He worked diligently with my case and sought the best outcome. Great Lawyer - Will Provide You The Best Defense

Judge Hunter represented me on a DWI case through Fort Bend County. This was my second DWI charge. He is a very conscientious individual and his knowledge of the legal system through previous experience as a Judge in Fort Bend County as well as his experience as a trial lawyer got me through the system unscathed. We were scheduled to go to court and just before the trial, obtained a plea bargain where I received an obstruction of highway charge and one year’s probation with deferred adjudication of the charge after the probation period. I had that charge taken off my public record after that time. I would recommend Judge Hunter to anyone in need of a good trial lawyer who is an expert in the field of DWI arrests. He will spend the needed time on your case to achieve the best results possible given the particulars of your situation. I know, as the lawyer I had on my first case did not spend the time and commitment on my case and basically had me plead guilty to the charge rather than spend the time to work on my case for a better outcome.

Excellent, True Professional

If you need the BEST, call David!! David was a tremendous asset to me on my DWI case.. he took what should of been a Felony down to a misdemeanor. I cannot begin to express enough thanks to David Hunter for what he’s done for me on my case. David was very helpful and informative from the very beginning. Felony DWI charge dismissed

Mr Hunter was always professional and courteous in his dealings with me. He returned my calls and texts promptly weekday and weekend. I was facing a felony DWI charge, since it was my 6th DWI charge, as I had multiple misdemeanor DWI s in my younger days before the look back period was eliminated. Mr Hunter was straightforward with me. Beyond all my expectations my charge was dismissed 6 months after my arrest. I will be forever grateful to Mr Hunter for his work on my case.

In 2015, I committed a serious offense. 3 felonies. We decided to hire David Hunter for help. I will tell you if you are looking for a babysitter for your feelings, this is not your guy, he will be straight-forward with you. Gave me hope
