Rosario Stornello took $4900.00 of a retainer after only 5 business days. This firm did NOTHING but fudge bogus figures for things they NEVER performed. After a $5000 retainer and total of TWO emails with ONE SENTENCE on each I decided they were not going to be the right fit. I immediately told them... I no longer needed their services and he got mad at me and then sent me back $100 of the $5000 retainer along with a list of ridiculous charges with $500 going to a phone call to his secretary to give her my credit card number. He even charged me $100 for the only phone call made to him to tell him they were not going to work out, total of 5 minutes before he got mad and hung up on me. How lawyers can get away with stealing funds and charging total BOGUS FRAUDULENT charges they should be ashamed. I pray this does not happen to anyone else and people should really be aware of who they are dealing with. This is a high profile company and people need to know what kind of men they are dealing with.

I have used Mr. Stornello twice. Once for a misdemeanor for drug possession charge and once for a felony where I was being accused for sexual assault of a child which was not true. Not only did this man lower my bond get I went to jail but he did the impossible and got my case dismissed. Even though... it was pricy. There is no price on my freedom and not having to live my life as an offender. Mr. Stornello is a great person as well as a lawyer. He will work with you on your payments . I went 2 months without making a payment but he did not increase one cent what i had to pay. He always kept me informed by email or by phone. Even would call my sisters and brothers to keep then informed on what the D.A was saying. If it was not for this man I would be in jail right now for something which was untrue. I owe this man my life and my freedom. He is Humble and never too busy for his clients unlike many other lawyers. He personally always answers his phone and always returns phone calls ALWAYS THE SAME DAY. There is so many great things to say about this man. If you need a lawyer you can not go wrong with his man.

Mr.Stornello hadsthe knowledge and trust worthingness needed to defend you in any situation. His back ground speaks for it self. He is motivated, professional and treats you as his only case. Friendly and easy to talk with. Very resonable priced compared to his experince. I would reccommend him for ...any one seeking the advice of an attorney.
