No action taken, no motions filed, no appearances made, and no legal guidance provided. Violations and Ethical Breaches: Your failure to perform the contracted services and your lack of communication and diligence constitute violations of the following legal and ethical duties: • TDRPC Rule 1.01 (Competent and Diligent Representation) – You failed to carry out the legal representation with competence or diligence. • TDRPC Rule 1.03 (Communication) – You failed to keep me reasonably informed about the status of my matters. • TDRPC Rule 1.04 (Fees) – You failed to provide a basis for the fees charged and have not provided an itemized statement as required. • TDRPC Rule 8.04(a)(3) – You engaged in conduct involving dishonesty, fraud, deceit, or misrepresentation by accepting payment and failing to perform any meaningful legal services.
