Asha Reddi

I had a simple Marijuana possession many years ago. I hired Asha, yet she and her office absolutely refused to even talk to me in any way before the court case. All she did was reschedule 4 times, charging me each time for a total of 5 times. The fourth time she insisted that "she had lunch with the ...prosecutor the day before" and assured me it was getting dropped. Then on the final date, I received the full penalty as if I didn't even have a lawyer, had license suspended, fines, had to carry sr22 insurance for years...all over a misdemeanor Marijuana charge. The entire time, she didn't spend one single minute talking to me, advising me, or even asking me what happened. Maybe a total of ten sentences were spoken to me over 5 court dates. Ruined any chance of ever trusting a lawyer. Happy many of you had a good experience.

I hired Ms. Asha because I was accused of Aggravated Assault. I am not a violent person. I was trying to do something good and got in the middle of something. I did not start the flight, I only acted in self defense but the police arrested me because the witnesses lied. I am a single mother and this... was a very stressful time for me. A lot of very stressful moments. I really thought I would end up in jail or probation or both. Never in my wildest dreams did I think my case would be dismissed. The reason being the person who filed the case against me is a very horrible person who has a lot of experience with the law and was capable of doing anything. But Ms. Reddi really fought for me. She dd a lot of investigation on the case and finally convinced the District attorney to drop the case. I HATE LAWYERS! I always thought Lawyers and liers and crooks. But this is the first lawyer that made me change by mind about lawyers in general. I really am grateful for the result I got. The good lord and my lawyer make this happen.
