Asha Reddi

I had a simple Marijuana possession many years ago. I hired Asha, yet she and her office absolutely refused to even talk to me in any way before the court case. All she did was reschedule 4 times, charging me each time for a total of 5 times. The fourth time she insisted that "she had lunch with the ...prosecutor the day before" and assured me it was getting dropped. Then on the final date, I received the full penalty as if I didn't even have a lawyer, had license suspended, fines, had to carry sr22 insurance for years...all over a misdemeanor Marijuana charge. The entire time, she didn't spend one single minute talking to me, advising me, or even asking me what happened. Maybe a total of ten sentences were spoken to me over 5 court dates. Ruined any chance of ever trusting a lawyer. Happy many of you had a good experience.

I rarely write reviews online, but I felt that the services Ms. Asha Reddi provided were nothing less than outstanding and definitely deserves a review. Ms. Reddi was extremely professional throughout the entire process as well as thorough, thoughtful, and extremely personable. I especially apprecia...ted that she kept me informed and up to date on everything that was happening, and quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had. Through my interaction with Ms. Reddi, It became very clear to me that her driving force in pursuit of justice on my behalf was not monetary. She is naturally very caring and nurturing person. She truly is both an attorney and a counselor. In reality, total dismissal of my charges was not likely but Ms. Reddi chiseled away at a very serious Felony allegation I was being accused of and got it reduced down to a misdemeanor. She negotiated with the DA to minimize the punishment that I otherwise would've faced. I'll always have to live with the consequences for my actions, but Ms. Reddi helped me avoid the impact of what could have easily been a catastrophic blow to my life. I couldn't have asked for better representation and I'd highly recommend her to anyone.

We are not a rich family and based on the reviews here we hired Asha for 5k. She reset my case for her sick days , vacation time and just plain forgetting me in court multiple times, then all of a sudden surprise surprise we were out of resets. I do not feel we got much an $800 attorney couldn't have... done. She probably used to be great with her background but either she just doesn't give a crap or she's way over booked herself. Either way she was hard to get a hold of, forgot about me a few times ( the courts advised me to fire her after the 2nd time but who has that kind of money to toss in the air?) and overall gave me terrible council . She's nice, but that's about it for my experience. Hopefully she will stick her best foot forward for you.

My brother was charged with a Aggravated Sexual Assault, Burglary of Habitation and three other cases. He had an extensive past. He had a court appointed attorney and was very concerned. We spoke to many attorneys but nobody really cared about my brother. They were more worried about the money than h...earing about the case. The district attorneys office offered my brother 40 years. Ms. Reddi took this case to trial, got the charges lowered, got a case dismissed and got an excellent result. She had faith in my brother. The way she fought for my brother was UNBELIEVABLE!! She was extremely well prepared and very articulate. You should have seen her in trial. A REGULAR PERRY MASON!!! My brother said that she made the police officers, the nurse and the complaining witness squirm in the witness chair. Ms. Reddi, we have never met a more caring, considerate and brilliant attorney than you! My family and I will refer everyone we know that ever gets in trouble to you. My family owes you a debt of gratitude for everything you have done for us. We will never forget you and the consideration you have shown my brother and my family. Im a computer tech that has been running my own computer business for the past 10 years. Anytime I saw porn on someones computer I just copied it over to my collection well I didnt reallize that I had copied 4 pics of child porn to my computer. A freind of mine asked me for a compy of my porn so I c...opied it to an external HD and gave it to him not knowing what was there. His wife saw tone of the photos and called the police. They busted in my house arrested me and took all my computers and equipment. Asha told me that even though I was innocent it would be hard to convince a jury due to the nature of the case. I have a 3 week old daughter and there was no way I was going to miss being apart of her life so asha got me a plea. The DA dropped 3 out of the 4 charges (class 2 felon for possesion)and dropped the last charge down to attempted possesion(class4 state jail feloney). I get to keep my daughter and my computer business. The DA originally wanted the max which was 80 years. Oh she also got me deferred ajudication so in 5 years it will be wiped off my record. Total charge was 10k.
