Ms. Jennings is one of the best civil rights and sexual harrassment lawyers in Texas. She zealously represents her clients. Ms. Jennings goes the extra mile to procure the desired outcome. She is knowledgeable and knows her way around the court room. I highly recommend her.

Highly Recommend

Debra has been fighting for me against the University of Houston. She is not afraid of taking on the large corporations when they fail to follow the law. She has filed briefs every time the University of Houston has tried to throw out the lawsuit.

A thorough attorney is available!

I hired Ms. Jennings to handle my daughters DUI case in another county! Not only did Ms. Jennings fight for my daughters exoneration of the charge she was on time and available for support with legalese language that my daughter was not familiar with! Highly reccomend

I can't say enough about how helpful and responsive Ms. Jennings was. She was so informative and was such a huge help to me and my family answering all our questions both by text and over the phone. Having him read over and deciphering confusing paperwork was especially helpful. Ms. Jennings came highly recommended by a friend and I would not hesitate to highly recommend her also.

Ms. jennings has been completely awesome. I've contacted her through email at first giving my case. And to be honest I've contacted a few others too determining whether or not I should hire an attorney to guide me. This had been the only firm that was honest enough to let me know that my case could easily be done by myself without having to hire an attorney while others gave figures($) saying that it'll cost "x" amount of money to work my case. And even then I'm still in contact with her as I'm slowly going through the case. She's been kind enough to help me step-by-step and answer any/all questions I have along the way. I very much recommend her for any cases requiring an attorney. It's not very often you come across someone as kind, honest and passionate about her work!!

Debra Jennings is simply the best. If you ever need an attorney, it will be hard to find someone better than Ms. Jennings. Once she decided to take our case, she was fully committed and engaged. She gave it all of her attention. She kept us informed of all developments. She advised us and it was the right decision. She was a tigress in the courtroom. Amazing work!

A professional of discrimination lawsuits

Ms. Jennings is very professional and knowledgeable. She is an expert at discrimination cases, harassment and employment law. Ms. Jennings has a good sense of what the judge is looking for and will press the issue until she gets the recognition that her client needs. I would recommend Ms. Jennings to anyone unfairly treated/discriminated at work due to age, color, physical disabilities, etc.

A Trustworthy Lawyer

I hired Ms. Jennings in 2006, for a race discrimination case, she worked hard on the case until the case went to trial. Ms. Jennigs is a trustworthy lawyer that get results.

DO NOT HIRE HER

Debra Jennings is very unprofessional and she does a horrible job of communicating with you once she has your money. She does not fight to win your case. She just takes your money and does nothing for your case. If you want to lose your money and your case, she is the attorney to hire.

Fleeced out of $17,500 Retainer.

I hired Debra to handle 2 employment law cases against TXDOT and DPS for refusing to rehire a disabled vet. But, Debra pulled a bait and switch and farmed my cases out to Jimmie Lee Brown. Brown let my discovery deadlines expire in both cases and never set up depositions. Debra later admitted that she has a deal to farm her cases to Brown and he does not list with the State Bar that he does employment law. Jennings still listed herself as one of the Attorneys of record in the cases and made no effort to preserve my discovery rights. Nor did Debra make any effort to prosecute my cases.
