    In 2002, I was the California Lawyer Attorney of the Year in Employment. I have represented victims of discrimination and retaliation in difficult cases for decades, holding major employers like Amazon.com, Tesla and Bank of America accountable.

Ms. Price is respected nationally as a tenacious and principled advocate. A former foster kid, she graduated from Yale College and earned her Master's and J.D. from UC Berkeley. She founded her own law firm in 1991. She is one of a handful of Black women to argue a case in the US Supreme Court and she won the case. In 2004, she was recognized as one of the Top 50 Women Lawyers in Northern California. She received the 2002 CLAY Award for Employment Law from California Lawyer magazine. In 1993 and again in 2001, she received the Charles Houston Bar Association's Clinton W. Fearless Fighting Attorney!
I met Ms. Price about 3 plus years ago through my Attorneys. To this day, Ms. Price has been a beacon of light for me and to me. Please allow me to explain! Employment related case..
I contacted Ms. Price and her assistant scheduled an appointment for me within 48 hours to have a consultation regarding my case. Ms. Price was very professional, very responsive and showed compassion to my situation. She listened and asked questions of me in a sensitive manner to make sure she understood the case. She worked very hard and thoroughly to get the results that I wanted. I was very impressed on how swiftly she worked and how dedicated she was. I could not have asked for a better experience under the circumstances. I received everything that I asked for in this case and more. I HIGHLY recommend Ms. Price and her staff. I would also use her services again in the future if needed.

An attorney that fights for and defends your rights
Pamela Price took a case for me that involved getting hurt in a major chain retail store. I found Pamela to be transparent, authentic, and honest. She didn't "blow up" what I would be able to get in compensation for my injury but she did explain how my settlement claim would be looked at. She explained in detail what we could reasonably ask for. However, she did push the envelope asking for much more than the company wanted to pay. Bottom line, we came out with much more than I thought we would get. I appreciated Pamela's constant communication and updates regarding my case. I tried to negotiate a settlement on my own but once I got Pamela involved, she negotiated twice the amount the company said they would pay. If you are looking for someone that can play "hardball" with the best of them, then I highly and respectfully recommend Pamela Price. I honestly felt like she was looking out for me (her client) and not for the money that she could get. I found her easy to work with. She is extremely knowledgable and kind, but she can be a piranha when she needs to be. I highly recommend Ms. Pamela for her professionalism, knowledge, business acumen, and work ethics.

My case involved Unfair Hiring Practices, during the time period of 2015. When attempts to resolve the matter through Human Resources (HR) failed, my last resort was to file a compliant with an outside agency. It wasn't until I began searching the internet, more specifically, the Super Attorney's website, when I came across Ms. Pamela Y. Price, Attorney at Law's Profile. I read her accomplishments, credentials and was very impressed. I submitted a brief overview of my case to her and without hesitation, she accepted my case. A very patient and caring
I met Ms. Price and left just about 30 minutes ago but not going to wait to write the review. She was the only lawyer considered to talk in person about my issues and she was very caring and kind. I was trying find an attorney to represent me to file a case and most attorneys don't even bother to talk nor ask what is the reason. I am satisfy with her treatment and the way I was treated. I was initially told for one hour but went over longer and close to 2 hours and I felt so ad for wasting her time. I asked her if she could help me in some other way if she doesn't represent me, she gave me a bright light with her respond. "I will get you one even if I cannot take your case. There are so many people I know will be furious if they find out what happened". I am fighting an uphill battle and I get negative opinions to walk away but if one don't stand up for the right thing, the issue will continue to happen to others. I You will not regret nor feel like you were just trashed once you see her. She will give you positive views and what to considered. So, if you have any civil/constitutional cases or discrimination or others in her practise area, don't waste your time with others. See her first and get the help.
