The McNamara Law Firm was professional, efficient and effective. My husband and I contacted Mr. McNamara with concerns about the rights of grandparents. Instead of just taking our money he was honest and forthcoming about our chances of obtaining custody. When circumstances changed and the welfar...e of our grand daughter became more of an issue and he then felt our chances were better, we proceeded. Each time we had to go to court he and his associates were fully prepared and able to navigate a very confusing court system using the best strategies to better our case. Questions were answered honestly instead of just hearing what we wanted to hear. We were always able to speak to someone in a timely manner when we had questions or information to share. He is very knowledgable about the workings of the court and we trusted him to give us the best advice. We now have custody of our grand daughter and she is in a safe, loving environment. Tried to do a DIY divorce to keep costs down and had already used an attorney for some guidance which turned out to be a waste of time and money. Brian was knowledgeable and honest.
