Stephen Edward Dennis

This was my 1st DWI. However, I had the cards stacked majorly against me because I was on felony probation. Dennis took on my case and even with the cards stacked against me he was able to get my case dismissed. He put his time and effort into my case and truly wanted the best out come for me not jus...t the easiest outcome for himself. He was also great at getting back to me and his secretary is also great, very informational and on top of things!! I highly recommend using Mr. Dennis!!

Hired Mr. Dennis in 2011 for a DWI and again in 2017 for a criminal matter. He was impressive from our first meeting. Of course every case is fact-specific. With that qualifier, Steve was able to reset my case and get is dismissed without me ever going to court. He obtained the relevant evidence before the DA's Office, which facilitated the early dismissal, which was due to no probable cause for the stop and likel...y assisted by under the legal limit BAC. He also won the ALR hearing, vigorously cross examining an arrogant and misinformed officer with a Napoleon complex. Expunction pending. Both he and his Legal Assistant Ashley were easy to communicate with respect to the defense of the case and quick to keep me informed regarding the status of the case. Would highly recommend.
