I represent clients in criminal and family law matters in Montgomery County and throughout Texas. Yo hablo Espanol. Eu falo Portugues. I am also a certified family law mediator.
I represent clients in criminal defense matters including DWI (driving while intoxicated) cases.
I also represent clients in select family law proceedings such as divorce, child custody, cps, and other family law related matters. These cases are highly complex, emotional, and take up significant time. Therefore, I will only handle a few contested family law matters at any given time.
I represent parolees in parole revocation hearings. I am fluent in English, Portuguese, and in Spanish. Feel free to call my office and make an appointment if you have any questions or need representation.
