Sent $30,000 and he never did meet with my daughter in over 3 years. Rather he passed all the work down to Associates who, like him, were impossible to communicate with and expect a response. The end result was that my daughter only received her share of the profits from their home sale and nothin...g more . They refused to send her that money until their final bill was paid. Not sure that is even ethical! She did get out of state custody of their daughter only because her ex agreed to it. I've worked with law firms for over 30 years and I could not ever refer this firm to anyone. All big talk at thr outset and nothing but disappointment thereafter.

Bobby will sweet talk you to get your 25k and then he turfs you off to the least slammed associate. They never communicate. I was never told I was divorced, Never had my questions answered after several emails, voicemails, and texts. I am an intelligent person but not a lawyer..I have never been thr...ough a divorce. Not once did they explain the process and what to expect. I felt very ignorant and alone compared to my ex-husband. I would never recommend this company, they are unorganized and inconsiderate of the client.

At first he seemed very interested in my case and wanted to help me. But he made me pay a huge consulting fee of around $700, and also a huge deposit of almost $30,000. I had heard some good things about him as a litigator if your case goes to court, and he was referred to me by another lawyer of min...e. But when the case started, he was mostly unavailable to answer my calls, and it seemed like he was also short staffed and they didn't call me back either. It was almost as if my case was a bother to him, and I ended up having to do most of my own legwork investigating and finding out things. I feel that there were several more much higher dollar divorce cases on his docket, and mine got kind of left behind in the dust, and I was a bother to him and his staff. Pros: great office Good litigator if your case goes to court, but 95% of them do not. Cons: overpriced and understaffed Seemed mostly interested in the $

Please read this review and take note. He is absolutely the worst human you will ever meet. He takes on way too many clients with 25k NON-refunalbe retainer. Then doesn't answer messages or texts or do ANY work. He draws out the process and chews up your money with NO regard to the children he is... damaging. He never filed temporary orders and after 4 months of nothing getting done I hired new lawyers who informed me that Bobby had never filed our team orders, yet he charged massive made-up fees for hours of fictitious work and never even did the bare minimum. All his employees quit because they can't work for him and he has NO time management skills, so things are rushed last minute and often done wrong. He will make a difficult process MUCH worse. He fails to do any work so that when you fire him he will keep all your retainer (which is illegal), but no one will prosecute him because the dollar amount is low. PLEASE be warned to stay far away from him.

I hired Bobby mid case as my previous attorneys were not getting the results I needed. He immediately addressed all of the issues and never stopped fighting for me and my kids. I honestly don't know where we would be today if it weren't for him. There is a reason that people refer to him as the be...st in this town.
