Very expensive Attorney to get a very little communication, guidance and directions. Was with him for several years and all I can say is that I knew more about his paralegals than he did about the case. Attention to Detail is not there. Wants to settle the case instead of going to trial.I would never... use him again. I don’t think outside of Harris county he has a good reputation. Told me that he was going to go to court and then always sent his junior attorneys. I think having him hurt me in my case with the judge.

Bobby has a huge ego, as does his associate, Dawn. If you want a TV style attorney that goes to court and used emotions to win a case, then go for it. However, if you don’t have much to back up your case then you are wasting your money. He and Dawn were very aggressive in my trial, but did not see...m well prepared for the evidence that my spouse’s attorneys presented. Ultimately, with hindsight being 20:20, I should have settled and saved in the multiple 6 figures. If you choose to interview BKN take your time, do your research and don’t be afraid to ask all your questions about time, costs, how often he settles cases, and the outcomes of cases. As a general rule of thumb when someone says they always win know that it can’t be true. This may be considered petty, but in my opinion Bobby is overcompensating for his short stature with his overinflated ego. Not a winning combination!

At first he seemed very interested in my case and wanted to help me. But he made me pay a huge consulting fee of around $700, and also a huge deposit of almost $30,000. I had heard some good things about him as a litigator if your case goes to court, and he was referred to me by another lawyer of min...e. But when the case started, he was mostly unavailable to answer my calls, and it seemed like he was also short staffed and they didn't call me back either. It was almost as if my case was a bother to him, and I ended up having to do most of my own legwork investigating and finding out things. I feel that there were several more much higher dollar divorce cases on his docket, and mine got kind of left behind in the dust, and I was a bother to him and his staff. Pros: great office Good litigator if your case goes to court, but 95% of them do not. Cons: overpriced and understaffed Seemed mostly interested in the $
