Bobby has a huge ego, as does his associate, Dawn. If you want a TV style attorney that goes to court and used emotions to win a case, then go for it. However, if you don’t have much to back up your case then you are wasting your money. He and Dawn were very aggressive in my trial, but did not see...m well prepared for the evidence that my spouse’s attorneys presented. Ultimately, with hindsight being 20:20, I should have settled and saved in the multiple 6 figures. If you choose to interview BKN take your time, do your research and don’t be afraid to ask all your questions about time, costs, how often he settles cases, and the outcomes of cases. As a general rule of thumb when someone says they always win know that it can’t be true. This may be considered petty, but in my opinion Bobby is overcompensating for his short stature with his overinflated ego. Not a winning combination!

Bobby Newman is not cheap, but then again - you get what you pay for! He ran circles around the opposing counsel in my case against my manipulative, narcissistic bully of a husband. When they refused to be reasonable in mediation, we rolled up our sleeves and prepared for a trial. All it took was Bo...bby’s opening statement to the jury and they were ready to settle. He won custody of my children and got more of the estate for me than we were even seeking in mediation. Definitely more than the 50/50 I was expecting! In the end, he showed me the light at the end of the tunnel and it was well worth the time and money it took to get there. HIGHLY recommend! If I could give him 10 stars, I would.

Thanks to Bobby Newman, I feel like my son now has a suit of armor around him, fully protected from the emotional turmoil and uncertainties that come with a contentious custody battle. The moment we knew we were going to trial, Bobby set aside everything else, even his personal life, to work side ...by side with me, putting in extremely long hours. Bobby and his elite team worked relentlessly, often burning the midnight oil, and truly earned every penny I paid them. Bobby’s unwavering dedication and tireless effort went far beyond what I ever expected from an attorney. He doesn't just demand excellence from himself, he expects nothing less from everyone on his team, creating a powerhouse of support. Even though I'll be repaying the costs from the case for a while, each payment feels like a privilege because what Bobby and his team provided is invaluable: time with my son and the assurance that he is protected.

Pros- you should take comfort in knowing you are in good hands should your case to go trial. Cons - After you have the initial conversations and file the initial paperwork (and fork over the hefty non-refundable retainer), do not expect any semblance of reasonable customer service. Emails go unans...wered. Follow-up calls are frustrating as they are all routed through the poor receptionist of the month. You end up almost having to show up in person and demanding to speak to someone. The best thing that happened is I finally got handed off to a great associate who surprise, surprise, ended up leaving the firm. DO NOT HIRE.
