At first he seemed very interested in my case and wanted to help me. But he made me pay a huge consulting fee of around $700, and also a huge deposit of almost $30,000. I had heard some good things about him as a litigator if your case goes to court, and he was referred to me by another lawyer of min...e. But when the case started, he was mostly unavailable to answer my calls, and it seemed like he was also short staffed and they didn't call me back either. It was almost as if my case was a bother to him, and I ended up having to do most of my own legwork investigating and finding out things. I feel that there were several more much higher dollar divorce cases on his docket, and mine got kind of left behind in the dust, and I was a bother to him and his staff. I had a very difficult case, numerous abuse allegations pending over years. Upon a hefty retainer, Mr. Newman promised he does s d will do whatever it takes to win. He emphatically told me he does NOT lose. He has many connections - cps, law enforcement, not to mention the judges. He has a very speci...al relationship with judges including the new ones. He says they go to him about the law and trust him exclusively in his recommendations about custody. I was simply in the hands of the best. He used his connections to get me custody of my kids and continues to fight and work the system for me still today as allegations against me continue to come. He has all but removed by ex spouse from the picture, driven me ex into financial ruin which is what I wanted more than anything all along. He will undoubtedly do whatever it takes to seek revenge on your spouse or ex spouse and will go so far as to use your kids to help in that if that’s what’s needed, and it was needed in my case and the only way to go. He’s changed the course of my life from at risk to going to jail to now having the upper hand and turning everything around onto my ex. It cost me and my family more than I will say, but he essentially saved my life and my reputation and ruined that of my ex. Which is all I ever wanted and went to him for. He’s the best if you need retaliation and unabashed connections. The only downfall is if you want him to use the full extent of his connections, it will cost you a pretty penny. That’s the only reason I give him three stars is that it has drained my family’s savings and trusts. We can always get more money, but it’s much more difficult to get out of jail or repair a tarnished reputation than it is to obtain more money. Mr. Newman can fix all of that. He can also help you come up with innovative ways to get more money including going after your ex for money whether the money is there or not. He does it all and does it with amazing finesse.

Bobby has an outstanding ability to give you the best results in the shortest time! You don't have to spend hours explaining your unique situation for Bobby to quickly get it. In a very efficient time frame, he gets the big picture, comes up with a strategy, and before you know it, you get the best p...ossible results (and in my case, I think it was the impossible results at least in some aspects!). Bobby is extremely intelligent, yet very down to earth and easy to talk to. He is a very busy attorney, but that only speaks of his skills! Because of Bobby, and his outstanding abilities, my children are thriving well through this divorce and I am able to spend more time with them and help them cope with it. He understood how to deal with a conning and manipulative personalities, and cares not just about you, but also about the best for the children. Aggressive, very smart, results oriented.
