Please read this review and take note. He is absolutely the worst human you will ever meet. He takes on way too many clients with 25k NON-refunalbe retainer. Then doesn't answer messages or texts or do ANY work. He draws out the process and chews up your money with NO regard to the children he is... damaging. He never filed temporary orders and after 4 months of nothing getting done I hired new lawyers who informed me that Bobby had never filed our team orders, yet he charged massive made-up fees for hours of fictitious work and never even did the bare minimum. All his employees quit because they can't work for him and he has NO time management skills, so things are rushed last minute and often done wrong. He will make a difficult process MUCH worse. He fails to do any work so that when you fire him he will keep all your retainer (which is illegal), but no one will prosecute him because the dollar amount is low. PLEASE be warned to stay far away from him.

Please save yourself the heartache and money, and most importantly your precious time, and let him continue to chase his billionaires. Bobby does not care about you and neither does any family attorney. He will be very unprofessional to you and mistreat you to cover up his mismanaged practice and ina...bility to manage time. Terrible. He may have been good when he started. Now, he will just add you on and waste your time and wing your case. I cannot explain how much agony and tears he caused me.

I had a very difficult case, numerous abuse allegations pending over years. Upon a hefty retainer, Mr. Newman promised he does s d will do whatever it takes to win. He emphatically told me he does NOT lose. He has many connections - cps, law enforcement, not to mention the judges. He has a very speci...al relationship with judges including the new ones. He says they go to him about the law and trust him exclusively in his recommendations about custody. I was simply in the hands of the best. He used his connections to get me custody of my kids and continues to fight and work the system for me still today as allegations against me continue to come. He has all but removed by ex spouse from the picture, driven me ex into financial ruin which is what I wanted more than anything all along. He will undoubtedly do whatever it takes to seek revenge on your spouse or ex spouse and will go so far as to use your kids to help in that if that’s what’s needed, and it was needed in my case and the only way to go. He’s changed the course of my life from at risk to going to jail to now having the upper hand and turning everything around onto my ex. It cost me and my family more than I will say, but he essentially saved my life and my reputation and ruined that of my ex. Which is all I ever wanted and went to him for. He’s the best if you need retaliation and unabashed connections. The only downfall is if you want him to use the full extent of his connections, it will cost you a pretty penny. That’s the only reason I give him three stars is that it has drained my family’s savings and trusts. We can always get more money, but it’s much more difficult to get out of jail or repair a tarnished reputation than it is to obtain more money. Mr. Newman can fix all of that. He can also help you come up with innovative ways to get more money including going after your ex for money whether the money is there or not. He does it all and does it with amazing finesse.
