SUPERB ATTORNEY

Susan handled a parole violation case for my nephew, and did an excellent, excellent job. Her calm presentation of the options available and the course of action she was going to pursue was well explained and broken down for everyone to understand. She was very helpful and her calm ways helped calm ...otherwise frayed nerves. At the end of the day she delivered

Excellent results on difficult case.

I hired Susan to represent my son on a parole hearing. His case was very difficult because it involved two assault charges and he was sentenced to 3 years in TDC. Susan was very honest about my chances to get him released. She is a ver caring and compassionate person, and always treated me with re...spect and concern. She was responsive and timely every time I called her. She always answered my question without delay and I always felt better about my concerns after speaking with her. Susan is a great lawyer. She worked very hard making a case for his parole. She is ver knowledgable about parole laws and procedures. Susan was able to convince the parole board to give him parole on the first hearing. She was also very helpful and willing to help me understand this difficult process. With her help I will have a chance to help my son turn his life around and be the type of man I know he can be. Thank you Susan for your services, your the best.

Personal Touch

I live in California and my son is serving time in Texas for aggravated robbery. As his parole date was nearing I felt the need to seek professional advice to ensure the best possible outcome for his release. I was referred to Susan Ashley by my neighbor who happens to own a private security firm in... Orange County. Susan specializes in parole and she proved to be exactly what we had prayed for. What impressed me most about Susan was the fact that she actually drove to Brazoria, Texas to meet with my son personally. This proved to be invaluable as she gained some real insight into my sons personality and the circumstances of his case. She also kept us informed and replied to our inquiries in a timely manner. She coached us in many facets of the processes, especially with regard to how we as a family could contribute. When his case was called for review, Susan met with a voting member on a Monday afternoon and by Friday he had been granted parole. I imagine being released for a violent crime on your first review is tough. Susan came through. Thank you very much Susan

Susan Ashley the great and powerful

Susan Ashley is a great parole Attorney. She has went above and beyond expectations to represent a friend I've known for 10 years. He plead guilty to a felony charge and was looking to 5-10 years in prison. Generally with his criminal record there aren't many "second chances", especially for repeat c...rimes. My friends parole hearing was coming up and it was unlikely for him to get positive votes for his first parole. However, Susan Ashley did the impossible and got my long time friend the highest vote possible which is a FSI-1 on his first review. Now my friend will be able to be released from prison after only spending a few months in jail. He now has the ability to clean his life up, enjoy his freedom, and start fresh thanks to Susan Ashley. The best part about working with her is how communicative, responsive, and assertive she is! She doesn't lolly gag around, she is always on her p's and q's. I highly recommend this attorney.

Wow... Susan is an excellent attorney. I hired her to represent my son who has been is seg for 8+years. He had been denied parole several times and with her help, he made parole and is getting to attend the classes he so much desired to take before his release. She has a family feel about her, never... in a hurry to answer any questions or concerns that might of came up. Thanks to her my son will be joing his family very soon, I personally have prayed so hard and so many times to find someone that cared about the facts and helped my family bring thier loved one home.... my son has said many times that his attorney Rocks.

"I strongly endorse Attorney Susan Ashley. I am familiar with the outstanding work that she has done over the thirty years that I have known her. I have referred her cases and I have handled cases with her. I personally watched Ms. Ashley pick a jury and try an intoxicated manslaughter case to a jury and get probation from a jury on the case. I also watched Ms. Ashley handle a parole revocation hearing and get a finding of no probable cause. She has skillfully handled some large drug cases that I referred to her. When I refer Susan Ashley a case I know that she will do a great job and that the client will really be very pleased with her representation."
