Practicing law since 2006, Randeep S. Hira is an immigration attorney and the founder of Hira Law, PLLC. Hira became passionate about assisting immigrants when he was attending law school in New York at St. John’s University School of Law. During this time, Hira began working for Catholic charities as part of the St. John’s Immigrant Rights Clinic. Before he received his Juris Doctorate from St. John’s University School of Law, Hira graduated from the University of Texas at Austin with a Bachelor’s Degree of Arts in History with a minor in German. Hira enjoys spending his time as a pro bono immigration attorney with YMCA International Services in Houston, where he represents immigrant victims of crime and clients seeking asylum and withholding of removal. Attorney Hira is fluent in Punjabi, Hindi, German, French, and Spanish, allowing him to easily communicate with immigrants of many different ethnicities. Hira and his family pride themselves in being active members of the Houston Sikh Community.
