Amazing attorney!

The best attorney I've ever had. David and his team were absolutely amazing, experienced, and professional. This law office assisted me in getting my green card and citizenship approved. One of the best Attorney can offer

Before going to the paid consultation with David, I had a few phone calls with a lawyer firm that offered free consultation and was advised that my parents' applications would be a difficult case due to various factors that they deemed high risk. The firm even quoted us a fee of around $7000 to represent us. I wanted to get a second opinion and was referred to David’s firm by a friend. David explained clearly that the issue was not serious or considered high risk for the cases. He quickly double-checked the submitted documents to ensure proper filing, which he said was done very well. There were just a few things that he suggested that should be done to improve the standing with no major concern. It was definitely reassuring for us and a relief from the exaggerated conversation with the other firm that caused much anxiety. It was the most well-spent $250 for a legal consultation, which led me to work with him for my parents’ case.

The Best Attorney for Immigration

We engaged David Nguyen to help with obtaining a Green card for my wife. I / we can fully recommend and endorse him. Including David we interviewed 4 to 5 different attorneys. Most of which charged for the initial consultation with the exception of David‘s office. With all the attorneys except for David we actually just felt like a number and they were just going through the motions, none of them were really encouraging. On the other hand we had a 60 minute free consultation with David which I believe lasted well longer than 60 minutes and he asked in-depth questions got to know us and our situation and not only did we get the feeling that he cared but we were able to leave feeling much more comfortable. Throughout the process any questions that we had were answered immediately and fully. as well as being constantly reassured when we were stressed out that this was the normal process and we shouldn’t worry. We were denied on the first go round of the adjustment of status, that was prior to hiring David. So he explained to us our options and one of them was to refile as well as do an I 601 waiver. The amount of paperwork and the order that it needs to be in I think is greater than any lay man can handle. I honestly believe if we had done this on our own again we would’ve been denied. Additionally, I would not have known where to start without David’s help. In the end our I 485 was approved and my wife got her green card. If I had to do it all over again I would’ve started out with David‘s office in the first place. I can’t stress enough how complex this process is. Far harder than the USCIS And people on the Internet make it out to be. And it’s a big black hole, if you have a question or not sure how to answer something and you’re doing it on your own you just have to guess which could have serious negative results. So we absolutely recommend David and his office for this process and thank him for all his diligent work.

David became my attorney in 2018, and he is still one of the best decisions I ever made, it all started when the abuse I was getting from my spouse became unbearable, I was depressed and drained, I didn’t even know where to start from but I knew I needed a lawyer when my spouse threatened to withdraw my case from the Uscis and left home with all of my documents, I reached out to David and he assured me he was going to help me through my case, he was really willing to help me and he kept on communicating each and every process, he was so professional and his paralegal (Rebeckah) was also a helping hand, she is so efficient and has a passion for her job, they were always renewing my EAD at the appropriate time without me even saying anything about it, he would text me immediately he gets any information from the Uscis, he does everything at the appropriate time without putting you under pressure, it was the way he handled my case I started to get better and I felt it was getting really good, although my case was so weak because I didn’t have enough supporting evidence, and the case was denied, he told me he was going to help me fight the case and I didn’t even know if I should panic. He filled an appeal i290b (motion to reconsider) and my case was approved after 6 months.

MY EXPERIENCE

Dealing with David an his crew is one of the best experiences I've ever had, they are very welcoming and deal with people with respect, i bring my case to David an he works out a payment plan for me that i was happy for, he reads me my contact an make sure i understand everything before we move forward, i would highly recommend anyone who needs immigration help to contact David, using his law firm makes my case so easy, until immigration mail my green card to the wrong address 3 times and i was so happy i had use David law firm because he put in the extra work and make sure i receive it , I WOULD GIVE TEN STARS IF I COULD.

Am forever grateful

I wanted to apply for my citizenship at a time when immigration rules where said to be toughened and a lot of discouraging messages from all around me. The only option I had was to go on but seek the help of a lawyer to help me analyze my case and the ever changing laws. I was referred to David by a friend consulted for free and at the end of the consultation I was sold out I knew I was in good hands. Good move, I began filling my documents the same day, good advice , timing was everything as he had mentioned new fees could have been implemented and sure enough it was just after I was done filing. Thanks for keeping me on track and saving me some hard earned money. His staff are equally diligent as their boss they followed up on my case with emails and phone calls whatever it took to get the right documents to get the case filed correctly and in good time they let me know and seeing their commitment I was willing not to let them down. A year later, interview passed, no questions of missing documents everything was well documented and I am now a citizen. It’s a great feeling especially when I didn’t have to worry about the process. A year is a long wait and I was at peace with a trusted lawyer. On referral my friend used the word diligent to describe Mr. David and for sure he has yet again proved himself.
