As a part of the investor team, he has advised clients on the establishment of their own EB-5 Regional Centers, and he has the capability of delivering the highest level of service on the immigration-related matters that flow from investors whose capital is utilized in the funding of the EB-5 projects. He has also represented individual EB-5 investors as they navigated the immigration process from conditional to non-conditional permanent residence. Some businesses that he represented and that benefited from stand-alone EB-5 investment include a hotel in the Texas Panhandle, a coffee distribution company in mid-town Houston, and a fish farm in the Texas Hill Country.
