Client was deported to El Salvador in 2012 based on a Removal Order from 2005. We filed an I-130 Petition from his U.S. Citizen wife, and then filed I-601 and I-212 Waivers. Both were approved, and ... he is getting ready to return to the U.S. to rejoin his family.
