It has taken me way too long to write this review, but I am sure Ely understands. He will understand, because throughout the 2.5 years he was my attorney he took the time to really get to know me. He helped me make decisions based on sound legal advice AND how he thought it might affect me emotionall...y. He represented me throughout an EEO case with a large employer. This process takes such an emotional toll on someone, and will likely make you start questioning yourself. Your self-esteem begins to plunder and it becomes very difficult to make rational decisions. Ely was there to help guide me with those decisions. He didn’t make the decisions for me, but, he helped me feel confident that I was capable of making hard decisions. He provided options and told me the pros and cons of them and helped me make a sound decision. Never once did I feel pressured by him. . During times I was being gaslighted by my employer, he was calming and helped me keep my strength to continue advocating for myself. My outcome was very positive and he was worth every penny. Honestly, I will never be able to put into words the impact he had in my life…just know, if you hire Ely you will be taken care of. He is a gem.

Even though I did not win my case, Ely was the right person for the job. He listened, understood and was ready to fight for me. He also took the time in speaking with me to realistically see potential outcomes that I may not want but would have to see and possibly except. It wasn't a take your mon...ey and run situation. He really did care and listed everything out so whatever direction I wanted to take, he was ready to back me. Thanks again!
