Before deciding to retain Attorney Reizes, I completed multiple interviews with various firms to find the best fit for my situation. I felt uncomfortable and helpless until I interviewed with Attorney Reizes. I remember distinctly after the interview my husband and I looking at each and saying, “if w...e’re going to file an EEO case, he's definitely the one.” During the interview/consultation, he provided realistic advice and even stated he could not confirm a win but would do everything to help me fight. At a time which my employment was certainly threatened due to a medical condition, he stepped in and provided invaluable advice that helped me remain employed. Attorney Reizes walked me through the reasonable accommodation and the EEO process. I can’t find the words to express my appreciation to Attorney Reizes. I highly recommend him if you are looking for an attorney who is honest, detailed-oriented, engaged, great listener, compassionate and dedicated.

My past experiences with other lawyers have not been very positive, but Ely is different. He is easy to talk to, patient, humble, and kind. He responds so quickly! He helped us through a very difficult time. I honestly don’t know where we would be right now if we had not found him. He gave us good ...advice, but he always had our best interest in mind. We never felt pressured. He cares and it shows. He is very good at what he does. Other attorneys often take your money and don’t seem to care about you, but not Ely. It has taken me way too long to write this review, but I am sure Ely understands. He will understand, because throughout the 2.5 years he was my attorney he took the time to really get to know me. He helped me make decisions based on sound legal advice AND how he thought it might affect me emotionall...y. He represented me throughout an EEO case with a large employer. This process takes such an emotional toll on someone, and will likely make you start questioning yourself. Your self-esteem begins to plunder and it becomes very difficult to make rational decisions. Ely was there to help guide me with those decisions. He didn’t make the decisions for me, but, he helped me feel confident that I was capable of making hard decisions. He provided options and told me the pros and cons of them and helped me make a sound decision. Never once did I feel pressured by him. . During times I was being gaslighted by my employer, he was calming and helped me keep my strength to continue advocating for myself. My outcome was very positive and he was worth every penny. Honestly, I will never be able to put into words the impact he had in my life…just know, if you hire Ely you will be taken care of. He is a gem.
