Hablo español con fluidez y tengo una larga experiencia en casos de inmigración. Además, estoy certificado en Ley de inmigración por el Consejo de Especialización Legal del Estado de Texas (Texas Board of Legal Specialization, TBLS).

-Haber contado con licencia para ejercer la profesión legal por un tiempo no menor a cinco años;

-Haber llevado casos de inmigración de diversa índole para comprobar que se tiene experiencia en el campo
-Haber tomado cursos de Ley de Inmigración en seminarios de desarrollo profesional
-Haber sido evaluado por jueces y por otros abogados
-Aprobar un examen escrito de extensa duración (un día completo).
Por ello, antes de poner sus asuntos legales en manos de un abogado, pregunte si éste está certificado en Ley de Inmigración por el TBLS.
