Vy Thuan Nguyen

In my time of need Ms. Nguyen has helped when no others would. She is a champion for fathers rights, and even when I have become discouraged and frustrated she has always been there to guide me through this. Not knowing the ups and downs of the legal system she has always assured me that the law is... for the best interest of the child and the truth will prevail. I personally haven’t ever had to deal with a family lawyer on account of the fact that this is my first divorce. Custody battles can be very difficult situations for all parties involved and especially for the children. Today I received full custody of my daughter thanks to Ms. Nguyen and couldn’t be happier about it. She worked tirelessly on our case to secure the results we wanted especially since my daughter...s mother was hard to locate and would move frequently. Ms. Nguyen kept me updated throughout the whole procedure and when she needed any information or something had changed she notified me very quickly. She was very well prepared when we appeared in front of the judge today, basically guided me step by step asking key questions and presenting important information pertinent to the case that got the judge to rule in our favor.
