I hired this lawyer to help with custody but the only she ever did was show up to court very late mind u it was done by the time she showed up because i was getting an enforcement from adivce i took from her than turned around and said to my face never do that again. I gave her 2k as a down payment t...han paid off 6k. Idk what work she ever did or anything she never answered the only time she ever answered is when i got off late called cuz i found out some info didnt expect her tl answer she didnt left a message to call me tomorrow only for her to call me right back. She will take ur money and run

Vy took $5,000.00 and I’m having to hire another attorney. The lawyer does not return client phone calls, emails, or letters. The lawyer failed to appear in court or has missed deadlines. Ms Nguyen will take your money and will not show up to zoom with a judge. And lied about another zoom meeting with the judge. She will not respond to text emails or phone calls. I hired her in March for an eviction and she took 3500.00 and did nothing for me. Now it’s end of October and I’m in worse ...situation because she didn’t do her job. She is ghosting me and now I’m out the money with no eviction. Do not waste your money.

I found attorney Vy Nguyen thru "Bungled" on internet. She returns my call the same day and after I told her what my case was she states Oh, we will make her the defendant) pay for my legal fees too! Then she states she will review my documents and contact me back. That was a week ago! And not one fo...llow up call.. The first sign of a reason ÑOT to hire this lawyer is making unrealistic statements like "She will Make" the opposing party do anything. An attorney can request thru a court and the judge can Make the other side comply...eventually. I will not be using this firm especially from confirming what the other reviews said about them Not returning calls & emails.

I paid $250 to her on 9/2/2022, expecting a simple will be drafted. After an email and two phone calls I received a simple probate questionnaire which did Not list how I wish to divide my assets. She said she will meet me the week of 9/11 to discuss. I gave her my availability during the week but... no subsequent email or call from the office. Then she sent email said she will call me on 9/16. I waited for whole day but no call. On 9/18, I asked if she is too busy to handle my case,she called and said she was out of town(if she could not call, she should not tell me that she will call). She said she will meet me after she comes back the next day but that did not happen. Finally on 9/25, I asked her to stop my case. She sent email saying she will give me full refund by mailing a check on 9/26. But today is 10/9, I still have not received her check. I am very disappointed with such unreliable services!
