Today these Ladies worked with my nephew on a child support & visitation case. I feel like she was more worried about payment. I paid the retainer fee of $1500 to file for sole custody and get my abusive ex served because he took our daughter from daycare on a Monday, she filed a EPO to get her back on Saturday. He got arrested at our next court date. They ordered a paternity ...test even though there was a AOP already signed. It got reset after that. Nothing ever got resolved, my rights nor my child support. While he was in Harris county jail, i had to keep missing work being reset multiple times. And apparently she knew this is why it kept getting reset and never informed me. She would not help my case any further until i paid another $1500 sending me an invoice and then denying she sent it after I had a copy of her email . He was in Harris county jail when I first posted this review . He has been out since February our court date got reset due to COVID nothing still hasn’t been done for a year after initial review court got reset 2 more times and she didn’t represent me another person did. Update: it is now October of 2020, the last my ex admitted to making a false accusation to CPS and I tried fighting it but my lawyers assistant just told me to cooperate which I did. No communication since first time she was notified CPS came to my door. Still no update on my case , I don’t know if it has been reset and I’m still trying to get sole custody of our daughter. Lack of communication and nothing has been resolved and it was a pretty simple case. It’s been almost 3 years.

I am so disappointed with the service I have received. I paid $3500 dollars to basically get final orders written up. VY went to court once with me for about an hour just to finalize rule 11 agreement. I have SMC because of major mistakes my sons mom maid. We actually came to agreement on our own. Sh...e, bio mom agreed to give me SMC. I have tried contacting Vy and her paralegal Mehgan for two months now. I have asked for an itemized receipt. Mehgan never returned my emails or calls. I still had and have issues with bio mom that I needed help with. I thought I had an attorney but I guess not. Mehgan found me on the Texas Fathers Right movement page asking question about my situation. She then gave me her number and said she and VY could help. It's been a very disappointing experience with the both of them. I would not recommend them. No follow up, no return calls or emails and no receipt to show what exactly I paid $3500.00 dollars for. I have had to take care of the Child support issues with AG on my own. Vy promised she would call me, help me and she flatout didnt live up to what she said.
