My attorney died and this Atty was handling his estate probate. So I engaged her services this was over 18 mos ago. I had just sent the late Atty 2500$ and she told me when the estate was settled I could get money (unused?) from the estate. I had given her 5000$ as I remember. And after some work an...d how dragged on it was with little communication from her, I decided to drop my case. I called and Asked more than once about a refund and was told when the work done was charged I would receive any unused money back. That’s the last I have heard. 3 or 4 weeks ago I spoke with some one at the office and shared this whole story. I asked to speak with the person responsible for the books and was told there wasn’t one. I am about to call the office again and tell them I will be making a formal complaint to the Texas Bar association.

I paid $250 to her on 9/2/2022, expecting a simple will be drafted. After an email and two phone calls I received a simple probate questionnaire which did Not list how I wish to divide my assets. She said she will meet me the week of 9/11 to discuss. I gave her my availability during the week but... no subsequent email or call from the office. Then she sent email said she will call me on 9/16. I waited for whole day but no call. On 9/18, I asked if she is too busy to handle my case,she called and said she was out of town(if she could not call, she should not tell me that she will call). She said she will meet me after she comes back the next day but that did not happen. Finally on 9/25, I asked her to stop my case. She sent email saying she will give me full refund by mailing a check on 9/26. But today is 10/9, I still have not received her check. I am very disappointed with such unreliable services!

She took my my money in may of 2020 Promise to help me with my son visiting rights.. during that time she had blocked my phone for a half a year.. 2021 she decided to contact me after I knew most of t...he time try to find out where her law firm is.. after that in 2022 once again She was trying to convince me to pay more money and then block me again.. I don’t know what type of lawyer is this to scam and take money.. I noticed this happened to somebody else… Her license needs to be revoked for scam

I don’t have enough words to describe what I feel as a mom who has to watch her baby boy suffer and experience trauma, abuse and more. I watched our lives fall apart helplessly as we became stuck in the system for the last 4 years. The guilt that consumes you for you know it’s you the other parent wa...nts to destroy but it’s your innocent sweet blessing that is used to do just that. I blindly went in trying to fix it proSe only to find that no matter the amount of evidence, facts, witnesses I had I would fail. Vy and the girls came into our lives by grace of God, they listened to my high conflict family case that didn’t end there but made its way to criminal court in separate counties, not once did they hesitate or make me feel that it was impossible to restore my family. I am going against a narcissistic parent but with their knowledge, experience they truly fought for me, for us! we’ve made it past the biggest hurdle and they still stand beside us being our voice in the court room to finish our end goal. Bring my family together once more. Vy and her whole group put in endless hours, gave me hope when I was losing mine. I would not be here able to share this story had I never had them on my team. I recommend her to other parents I cross going through hard times. They are part of my battle but most importantly they will be part of the victory and healing <3 and that love a mom has for her babies is priceless. We are eternally grateful for all you guys do!
