I am a part of a class action lawsuit with this firm. I have been told numerous time, "It won't be long now." or " It should be by _____". All those times come and go. It has been nearly a year since the suit was settled. My paperwork came in the mail and I was called immediately and made to feel... as if there was a huge rush to get it in and I am still waiting, 10 months later, for any sign of a disbursement. I have to call and email numerous times to get a response. When I call, I get "Well when you were emailed last month we said....". The tone is condescending at best. I am so very frustrated. I am tired of getting stock, wait and see, answers. I feel as if this is all been pretend... not to mention if a payout ever comes to fruition, the firm will take nearly HALF of my settlement as payment for their "services".

You need to call them for current updates and they treat you as you do not matter. I have never seen any paperwork to prove any legal action has begun and I have had them for over 3 years now. . You get the same email once a month (maybe) and when you try and call you get nowhere no one calls you ba...ck no one will ever .

I was so lucky this firm took my case. I have to say that J. Kyle Beale of this firm was excellent during the whole process. He kept me informed and answered any questions I had. He guided me through the process and and had was able to get me a great settlement so I could get the physical therapy I ...needed.
