I have called so many times that I have lost count. The office staff takes my message but I never hear from them. I receive generic emails but I would rather hear about my case with a phone call. When I have spoken with the law office I’ve been told at a settlement should be in 60-90 days, but have n...ot heard anything since . I’m Very frustrated that no one will communicate with me nor will they give a true answer when they do finally contact me. It makes me wonder if the attorneys at McDonald Worley know what their office staff are doing or do they really care,

I am a client. My name is Jimmy Rinehart. My case is the Defective Knee claim & MWPC case #1901529. So, you are able to verify my identity. I signed the settlement agreement at the end of 2021. I have received my last "pay off" notice from CMS (Medicare) that their portion of the lawsuit has... been settled, indicating they have been paid. The last email update I received from McDonald Worley was January 26, 2022. I've heard nothing since then and have received no return calls or email responses to my update inquiry. Considering this firm is apparently getting close to 40% of the settlement, I would think they would be more responsive at this point. I guess they're just holding the funds for the interest. They really were great at the beginning. But now I'm trying to decide if I should reach out to the State of Texas Bar Association or to the Attorney General's office. Really disappointed in what I thought was going to be a great representative firm for my defective knee claim.

I've been with this group for about 4 years or more and I recently received an update saying my information was complete. When I called a few weeks back and spoke with a paralegal, she was very kind, thoughtful and knowledgeable. The only problem is, it's been such a long time and there's no date in... sight of when my case may come to settlement. She stated that it takes a long time and that's understandable, my only worry is that the year or more that she mentioned, could turn into an eternity. What would be helpful is if the firm, could show clients documents of some sort, proving that your case is actually going to be brought up for settlement. From what I see here, many, have those questions That would be a great way for people to know, it's actually happening and not some sort of scam as some people are thinking. I believe that Mcdonald Scott Worley is respectable company, trying their best to get through all these cases.

I have been waiting years on a settlement with these people that was supposed to be wrapped up in December here it is January and still nothing on my case and I'm just before hiring another lawyer or private investigator because I feel like I'm being strung along or scammed and they have my informati...on but yet my case hasn't been resolved they have the worst communication ever and I will never use this company again or refer any friends or family

I filed with the Firm in 2018 in a class action lawsuit I was told several months ago possibly even last year that settlement would either be paid out in June or October of this year time went by still didn't hear anything from them so I emailed them again I get emails back responding with attitude l...ike I am a bother to them when I hired them and the fact that they said they would let me know when they have more information and it completely changed then receive an email that it will be wrapped up by the end of this year and still no word. The Firm has gone through so many paralegals over the years I didn't know which ones to contact and when I didn't hear from anyone I finally called and was told they would call me back. Totally understand being in class action lawsuit as big as the one that I'm in a lot of people and a lot of hands I thank McDonald Worley so much for their time and efforts but yes I am as well frustrated because I am trying to look for updates put it on the Internet or just in general on their site and I don't see anything I don't even see anything posted or you know shown on the news anymore about the lawsuit I'm really starting to think that no there is no money at the end of this site and I'm really starting to get upset at the beginning of all of this when I did the consultation in 2018 I was told a young lady my age was awarded 1.2 million dollars in her lawsuit. NO, I won't even get close to that if any once all things are said and done.
